Blackberry Bramble

blackberries, large |

lemon wedge |
1/2 oz |
County Cassis |
1 1/2 oz |
Juniper's Wit Gin |
4 drops |
Kinsip Lemon Lavendar Bitters

3 oz | soda water |
In a tall glass, squeeze the lemon juice and muddle with 4 blackberries. Fill the glass with ice and add the County Cassis, Juniper’s Wit gin and stir. Top with soda water and garnish with the remaining blackberries. Add 4 drops of bitters. Enjoy!
