Kinsip Gin Fizz
Recipe:
| 1 1/2 oz |
Kinsip Juniper's Wit Gin |
| 1 oz | Lemon Lavender Cordial |
| 4 oz | soda water |
| 4 drops | Kinsip Hibiscus Rosehip Bitters |
| 1 twist | lemon |
| 1 sprig | thyme |
Combine the gin, cordial and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Add more ice, top with soda and bitters. Garnish. Enjoy!
